How to pay annual dues

The 2026 2026 dues letter and board election ballot were mailed in December 2025.

Please return your completed ballot by January 19th and submit your dues payment by January 31st.

We are using the new website to send out the printed letter and ballot. The return address on the envelope will be HOA Express Letter Mailing Service, on behalf of Colony Woods Lenexa, 1350 Rayford Park Rd. Suite A, Spring, TX 77386. Keep an eye out for it.

To pay your Dues:

Payment of your 2026 Homes Association Dues and Special Assessment, in the amount of $635.00, are due by January 31, 2026.

The Board will waive all late fees, however, if payment is received by March 15.

Dues can be paid by check or credit or debit card via the QR code below where you will be directed to Clover.com. There is a $19 convenience fee to pay with a credit or debit card.
